If you don't have time-cap medication bottles I highly recommend getting them.

Post Body

I struggle with taking my meds on time, but I also struggle with remembering whether or not I took my meds.

I have an app [medisafe] to remind me to take them, but if I forget to log my medicine as "taken" I have to decide to either risk not taking it or risk taking it twice.

Between the app and my countdown med bottles (which tell you how long it's been since you opened the bottle) I can now keep track without worrying. If I look at my phone and see that my med alert is still active and can't remember if I forgot the medication or forgot to log the medication, I can simply check my pill bottle.

Just thought I'd share! I don't want more seizures and although my brain is swiss cheese at this point I can still reliably medicate myself with these two simple tools.
