This is more an in between crisis break , I’m refractory with focal with impaired consciousness very much out of control. I have an RNS, we have tried every med in the book but no relief. I do get breaks with cannabis cookies I make but is just a good patch, halts the crisis then becomes more mild and clusterish.

I am left handed and my foci is the left amygdalae. I’ve delaying my decision to have a left Amygdalotomy trying to get better like I was before , 10 days - not every hour of everyday . My next is NIH study with IV Ketamine which is commonly use for supper status epilepticus, this is specifically for my types of seizures so why not 🤷🏻‍♂️ .

I’m in the fence to get the surgery after the Ketamine study, this is not life . I wonder if there is a chance that the Amygdalotomy could make more miserable 😭
