My record without a seizure is just over 3 months. I was at 3 months and 1 day today when I started feeling like garbage. Nausea, tired, headache, etc. I went to lay down to rest a bit and described to my siblings what was going on. They both told me to take an Ativan just in case. Literally as I rolled over to get one out of the bottle I started seizing.

I'm just so tired. So frustrated. I miss my autonomy. I miss not having to worry about every single fucking feeling my body has at any given moment. It's so hard to tell if I'm just run down that day or if I'm actually having an aura.

Everything feels hard and I'm just so done with it all. Fortunately my work is super chill and giving me some extended time off to recover and destress.
