My husband has had epileptic seizures (grand mal) since he was 18 I’ve been with him nine years and about twice to three times a year.,Lately they’ve been increasing even through the Depakote that he’s been taking. Is there any advice you can give me on filing for disability he’s currently a manager of a restaurant, but it’s getting more dangerous for him to keep cracking his head at work and they had a hard time bringing him back on Saturday of last week. I know in my heart that he should be on disability because him being a manager mainly because after the pandemic, nobody wanted to work so they promoted him so now he works all these hours and he keeps having seizures, but we can’t afford for him not to work. I’m willing to work all the shifts, but I know that’s not the man he chooses to be.It’s put the fear of God in me and I just need you guys to give me any advice you can because it’s scaring me and I don’t want to lose my husband And I want to help him in every way I’ve been trying to file for disability for him for the past five or six years I might be doing it wrong is there any way that you guys can give me adevice on the matter thank you in advance. I know this is a lot, I’m sorry I didn’t mean to vent like this. Sorry if sloppy.
