At what point should i reset my account?

i want to try and start new account to get tamarinne early , i know its gonna be painful to reroll and i will probably give up eventually BUT my question is since new players get a ton of skystones at what chapter should i reset my account if i didnt get tamarinne? (like at what point does the skystones new players get start to slow down which would make for a good time to reset)
