As a dev I didn't want to see E7Herder die but it's going to take some time to really do more to it then what the original developer did (Hat Tip): (source: Releases · zklm/e7herder-issues · GitHub )
I took the offline dump they released and decided to do something fun with it on my twitch channel by adding the animated models into my scenes:

They also have a cool reward to request a waifu/husbando to display.
After hosting the server several times locally I decided to go ahead and host it online: https://e7herder.herokuapp.com/
Feel free to use this while I start working on some changes/adjustments for personal projects incase you yourself don't know how to host it locally or remotely.
