Best unit for one shot potential x utility between C. Dom and W. Schuri

A lot of people still missing someone who can one shot a tank and still provide something for the team, and with C. armin nerfs and possibility of trading her is really obvious that those two are the best in one shot a tank. For utility one give CR and crit chance buff for the party, and the other has a speed imprint and chance for aoe dispel a buff.
So... Thoughts about who do you prefer and who you think is better and can help out in gw and arena?
