Title says it all.
I've been doing the six food elimination diet for 4 weeks now, no improvement.
I've been doing swallowed Fluticasone steroid spray for 6 weeks now, no improvement.
However, after discussing with my doctor I've now cut corn, beef and pork as these are allegedly other eoe triggers(??)
And upped my Fluticasone spray to 1500mcg a day as I was only on 500mcg a day, which is incredibly low for a fully grown man.
With these changes in mind, how long until I should start seeing improvement if they're working? I want to push for budesonide but will obviously need to see if this works. Just very frustrated.
I had been referred to one many years ago, but the results only pinpointed hazelnuts as an allergen which I never ate anyway.
My GP has told me EoE isn't the same and so doesn't want to refer me to an allergy clinic again.
Has there been new developments in allergy testing?

Im really hoping those 8 months were to find the trigger and not see improvements after eliminating the trigger...
