Looking to transition environmental careers

I’ve been working in the environmental field since 2017 exclusively for environmental nonprofits. I’ve gained experience working on building decarbonization policy, building codes, utility energy efficiency programs, and some introductory building science and sustainability principles (LEED, Passive House, etc.)
I’m looking to transition into corporate sustainability and GHG emissions reporting. What type of upskilling should I seek and what would be the most transferable skills?
