Hi there, I'm someone with (I believe) a revolutionary idea needed in the mental health space - however I'm a complete noob and newbie when it comes to businesses. I have the idea, the drawn out vision and what's needed to be done but I have no idea at all about where I could find trustworthy people with a similar vision/value whom have the appropriate skillset or resource needed to be able to make my dream, vision and business a reality. I think (I'm not too sure yet) I need someone who is good at accounting (cause I'm terrible with numbers), a support for logistics and even manpower/customer service, someone who is great at marketing (cause I suck being consistent since I hate pushing people to buy stuff) and most probably manufacturers/engineers who know how to build things like tiny homes but with my idea instead (which isn't tiny homes rest assured) and maybe also implementation of a simple AI too for voice over. I can do many things like execution, pitching, sharing, being the trainer or even creating the structure but I really don't have the skills for a lot of other things and I believe we should play to our strengths/expertise though yes sometimes flexibility and learning is needed. Which I've tried to do with a simple online business but it went nowhere and I gave out so much free stuff. With nothing in return except maybe experience, and some reviews. And of course the right investors whom actually believe in bettering humanity in terms of healing oneself thru Expressing emotions. Since that's what the business would be surrounded by. Improving one's relationship with self and others. In a way that's sustainable and healthy and wholesome. Any advice or guidelines of where I could start would be much appreciated. And yes even writing out pitches to companies is terrifying for me cause I don't know how formal/informal I need to be. Plus I seriouslyly suck at market research. I can only know based on what I experience instead T.T that's why I need someone with a background in marketing.
