I am starting a very small operation that is digital stuffs where I find clients do internets things for them and then bill them. Basically it is a digital marketing and web dev consultancy.
I may hire a couple of extra hands for part-full time work and would like to bill them and do taxes easily.
Caveat: I may want to hire guys from europe, even though i will want to be billing clients mostly in USA, Europe, India and Africa though.
I will sit in Florida and Spain Primarily.
Is an LLC fine for this type of consultancy?
