What are the perils of starting a at home baking business?

Hey all, I’ve been thinking about starting a at home baking business and wanted to know what are somethings I should concerned about and plan for?
I don’t have much of a plan outside of baking and doing deliveries myself during weekend only in my local city, so my only real expenses I can see are gas and ingredients. Outside of that do I need a business license, some kind of health certificate, etc?
