My friend is a founder who is good at marketing and connecting with people, but lacks knowledge of how most tech startups are run. She's currently trying to recieve funding for her start up to finish building out a website prototype.

She's partnering with indian developers on sharetribe to build out a intital basic site, but has other features she wants to add in the future that would help better connect the users. I believe the site uses redux react.

For the short term next 6 month- Find someone to implement the new features like sorting and the entire look of the website. We want to pull out a beta within the next 3 months. And within 3 more months make the site public.

long term - Someone manage the outsourcing of marketing team and tech team. If the site pulls in enough traffic who can manage our referral system to join the site(phone calls). Someone who knows something about app design.

I would like to assist by learning more about the teachinal aspects of start ups, I have a cyber security back ground with minor UX experience.
