How does a person find a business partner for a start up?

After different thoughts about starting a company, I figured out a strength of mine is running operations and creating structure/processes. I want to team up with like minded individuals looking to take their idea/product to the next level but don’t have any idea how. Im not too quite sure where to find this or how to start. Im kind of stuck and wondered how others found a mentor or partner.
