I need a software developer to fully create a business that is based on solid knowledge, immediate ability to turn a profit, potential to do millions a year (yeah, we all heard this before) but I don't know anything about software at all. I don't know how to code. I can't code, I've tried. I'm only good at what I know so far and I know when I need help. I'm unable to do it myself but I don't have any friends who code and even so, they'd need to specialize in security and encrypted software as it'll be concealing sensitive information.

I have marketing ideas, business plans, how to get it out, how to get clients, how to get leads but I don't know how to code. I heard of people going to Estonia and Latvia to get coders who work online but in the end I need someone I can A? trust B works for equity (firmly believe it'll be worth it for them and would rather pay upfront but can't afford it) C knows this will be big. There are already people ahead of us in this market but there's unlimited room to grow, the market for it is massive.
