Post Body

Hi, I'm currently working in my dad's business, it's fairly decent.. around 30 employees at the moment.. but I'm having trouble having to adjust to an entrepreneur's/businessman's mindset. I come from a very technical background, I'm a programmer from my college course and I'm used to just get handed tasks from a boss to do what I have to do on a daily basis. But now I'm the boss, and I have no idea which direction I should be headed. Sometimes I go in the office and have no clue what to do at that day and waste it on just staring at the laptop or youtube. What should I be doing? I'm envious of people who just go in an office and know what to do from the get go, it's like magic.. but I don't have that skill.. what should I be doing? I have no idea how to start/run a company, nor do sales, and managing people I'm a complete noob. Any help out there? Much appreciate a response, I'm really frustrated.
