Managing product research
Post Body

Hey,

I used to lead an internal competitive/landscape product research and wonder how others get it done.

Personally, I saved any relevant reference and information into notes and then imported them to a generic presentation. Since I collected data each 2-weeks, I found it annoying to keep tracking other market players and update my team on their product progress.

I started to think of ways to turn product research into a more efficient process.

What tools do you use to get product research done? How and where you save data? How you present it to teams/stakeholders?

Thanks!
