Finally got my google analytics for my business... after ... trudging this path for 11 years now.. any other things you can think of that'll help accelerate your 1 man business with two part time employees?

goo.gl/WWXsRO is my link... which should have been made YEARS ago. I'm barely in the world of managing my business and need to get this thing on a faster road now. Focus on customer satisfaction and I hear it'll take me all the way, but I swear if I had like ten minutes on saying "bootstrap yourself with this" I'd have been a little further ahead than I am now. What other hints am i missing?!
