The Reclamation Administration is a news site on building material reuse. We provide news, projects, and original content on everything from DIY projects to construction and demolition waste policies. The content is free and we are moving into providing services in consulting and design.

We've been providing news and research on reclaimed projects since 2011. There are over a thousand businesses and organizations using reclaimed building materials in need of a daily newspaper about their field.

The plan is to take the site to the next level and generate revenue by attracting sponsors, offering products and services, and continuing to provide news in this sector.

The most memorable experiences so far are speaking at national conferences, serving on a board of directors, and being mistaken for a celebrity in the field! The only negative outcome so far is that its taking too damn long to monetize this beast!

If I could travel back in time I would have tried to get corporate sponsorships and start-up funds sooner. I've been doing it all on my own dime. It's time commit my full attention to this project that is taking off - I just need to eat too!
