I (20M) am trying to start a side business in Ireland to increase my income and start out the entrepreneurial lifestyle. However, it's always a lot harder said than done. I have a few questions which I have been stuck on for the past while.
I am looking into e-commerce atm, sole member company(just me). When trying to fill out forms to registee the company/business name, so I can have a business bank account to receive payment, it asks me what type of company it is. CLG, DAC, LTD, ULC,PLC PULC, IC, UCITS. I have no idea which one I am. How do I figure this out? Anytime I try to find an answer no one can give me a straight one. There's just a lot of internal jargon used to confuse the whole thing, so I just need a simple answer of either which one I am or how to find out definitively.
