I've started combing through some reviews for this, but it seems like it's become a huge saturated market so I wanted to see what people here are using. Or if any veterans can give me advice on where to focus for my needs.
Right now, I have 3 different entities that I need to use it for:
- One is a startup and for now, I'm the only one with expenses. I don't reimbursement myself, per say, but I need to efficiently track everything.
- A 2nd is a very small project; one person (not me) handles the reimbursement payments, and another is the only person with expenses.
- A 3rd has an expense ecosystem with about 6 to 8 people in it. One person (not me) handles the reimbursements.
Ideally, I'd like to centrally administrate all entities under one subscription, with at least separate data exporting for each.
I'm trying to minimize cost as much as possible, so mobile upload, receipt management and reimbursement management are the most important priorities. Integrated electronic payments would be nice but not necessary. I don't "need" approval process control or most of the other features. I don't need accounting integration as long as there is an option to export to .csv.
What's the best place to focus and check out for these priorities and to minimize cost? The 3rd entity is a nonprofit, if that helps, but if they require seeing your determination letter I don't have one for it because it's not a (c)3. There is a c(3) involved with the 1st entity that I listed, but I'm a ways away from filing for a determination letter.
I don't have a budget really, I'm just trying to minimize cost and maximize features. I'd easily pay as much as $300 a year if it will cover all of my entities and also offer a few extra features that will make a difference for me.
