How do I do market and other research, and organize my findings, without becoming overwhelmed?

Post Body

I got my Bachelor's in French. I know very little about business. But I want to start a website that offers advice to first-generation college students. (Like, don't major in French--lol, jk.)

Anyway, I need to do market research, also content marketing research, also just research on how to start a business, also--just...a lot of research.

But every time I do, I end up with 20 open tabs and a Google Doc that's just a list of links to read in full later. But "later" never happens.

Any advice on how to go about doing research, and how to record my findings in a sensible way, without feeling overwhelmed?
