What is a good way to advertise locally without breaking the bank.

I own a small dog walking and pet sitting company based in Maryland and advertising is costing a bit and i dont know where i can legally put flyers without them being taken down. I have already done FB and instagram marketing an i have received a few leads but i feel like i can be doing more. Any advice on cheap advertising to help build a clientele or just cool marketing strategies im general because ill try anything at this point.
