I’m working for one of the biggest idiots I have ever come to know

I always just thought maybe this guy just has a talent or knows something. Nope. One small talk and I realized this moron came from money and his family’s literal culture do not work from the bottom in normal jobs. They all have business and hire families. I am sick of working my ass off for shit pay while a moron who literally copy and pastes random picture from google has a business that survives on employees who feel bad about thinking of leaving. I’m sick of literally trying to push the business towards a profit while this moron prevents it and takes him a literal half a year to realize I was right while never giving credit.

How do i start a business? Where do I get money to start? Someone help cuz I’m sick of working for dumbasses
