Post Body

In construction- small scale construction focussing on residential garages etc- what is the best way to introduce to home owners: Do you do it as Owner or Project Manager or Sales person?
I see many times people hesitate to introduce as owner because you loose second chance. Like if you do it as a sales manager, you can always say, hey I talked to the owners or the manager and since we have a job in the area, we can get you a discount etc?
What is the best way? Pros Cons. If anybody in the same industry, please please guide me. I will be doing epoxy floors in Texas
