I've noticed the bugs started a few days ago, and you can see them begin to appear in the third post I made after the eggs hatched.

Over the past few days, I've noticed that if I touch anything concrete on the porch or in the yard, these tiny little bastards appear on my skin. I believe they are also causing me to have more allergic reactions, something that was beginning to fade away before they came along.

I would love if someone could help me identify this "pest" and how I might go about removing it.

Typically, I don't kill or remove bugs. However, this one just began a war.

The only theory I have is that these are baby spiders, freshly hatched.

Edit: These bugs are very tiny, they are approximately the size of a grain of dust, which is like 1 or 2 mm.
