I'm 99% sure he's not dangerous, but he was in my toddler's room, and is now alive and outside. I made sure he wasn't harmed and relocated to outside after pictures were taken.

“Not medically significant” just means it’s not a spider with especially potent venom. Almost all spiders have venom, but only a handful are anything to worry about. If this bit you, it’s be akin to a bee/wasp sting.
