Karen wants to yell about a video games "vile" content

So back in 2014 I landed my at the time dream job of working at a video game shop, it was a great job even though there were many complaints and still are of how the CEOs run the company but that's not part of the story. During my first week I encountered a Karen for the first time, this story spans a few weeks into my first month but lets start at the beginning, shall we. I'm recollecting this event cause it was awhile ago but you know the old saying "you never forget your first".

I was organizing the games on the shelf when I heard the doors open and the chime notifying us that a customer has arrived. I look to the front to see the Karen and her spawn, I do what I was trained to do, I put down the games and "Hello welcome to GameShop, how can I help"?

Karen: "My darling here wants to reserve a game and has earned some money from chores to do so."

Me: "Of Course, Ill meet you at the counter so I can help." I walk on over to the registers and wait for them to come on bye. As soon as they get to the counter I put in my codes and ask "Do you guys have an account with us already"

Karen rolling her eyes goes: "Of course we do, we've been shopping here for years"

Me kinda taken back at her response by this says: "Oh my bad, I started a week ago so I'm sure I'll see you come more often. What's your number?"

Karen giving a huff: "Sure whatever, my number is 123-456-7890"

Me still feeling off by this starts entering in her number and look at the screen to confirm the account: "Are you Karen 'Blank' ?"

Karen: Yes I am, can you please hurry up, I got something to take care of.

Me: "I apologize, sure thing. What game does your kid want"

Spawn: "I want the new Call of Duty"

Karen: "Of course honey, yes he wants that game"

So at GameShop they have this policy that if the person who wants the game doesn't meet the minimum age requirement (which was 17 for this game, her kid was around 9 or 10 yrs of age) that we had to explain what the rating of the game meant and make sure that the parent who is getting the game is fine with their kid playing that. So I go over explaining the policy but due to me being new I stuttered a bit trying to get my words out.

Karen: Jesus! Its fine, its only a game so what harm can that do? You know can you get the manager out, she never gives us trouble when we come here and I don't like how you are treating us.

Me looking upset because I didn't want to mess up working at my first go get my boss. Now my boss, lets call her Jess, was really great with customers and had a good reputation with the families in the neighborhood comes out to the floor as I get her and as soon as she sees Karen she whispers to me "oh she's back". We approach Karen and Jess takes over.

Jess: "Hey Karen, how are you doing? So what seems to be the problem here?"

Karen: "Hi Jess, I'm doing fine. The problem here is your rep (pointing at me) is giving us attitude and not trying to sell us the game my little angel wants."

Jess looking confused: "Oh no that's not good, what did OP say?"

Karen: "Well my son wants the latest Call of whatever game and as soon as we were ready to pay your rep starts assuming I don't know how to parent, asking if I'm fine with the rating on a child's game and that he doesn't think my son can handle it"

Jess: "Oh well ma'am that's just company policy, the game he wants had blood, gore, and bad language in it, all OP was doing was making sure that you were fine with your kid playing that. We just need your consent to sell this game to you and your son is all."

Karen: "Pfff its just a video game, how much harm can it do? Yes he can have the game."

Jess: "Sure thing ma'am"

Jess then tells me to finish the pre-order and tell them when they can come back to get the game. So I do so and hand Karen back the receipt, after taking it Karen then looks towards Jess and says: "You should write up your rep here for not being good with customers, come on my little angel lets leave" and like that they were gone.

Jess afterwards reassured me that nothing will happen, that Karen is a regular who comes in all the time for her Kids and has given everyone attitude but never done anything that they could ban her from the store, she told me to hangout in the backroom for a minute and cool off.

a week later and its launch night, I'm excited cause it was my first one working and they gave me a microphone so I can tell the crowds to get in order, I felt like I was leading a charge and it was awesome. Closer to launch night being over we still had a line going out the door and I was told by Jess that if anyone tries to come in who hasn't gotten their receipt stamped by us that I had to tell them to go to the back of the line(before we started lining up everyone we needed to stamp everyone's receipt with a number to know what group they were in). Well we were on our last group when Karen shows up again, I see her walking to the door as I tell her that she needs to get in line Karen goes: "I'm not waiting in that line, Jess will give me the game." A couple of seconds later I see Karen come back outside with a sad look on her face and head to the back of the line. After we locked up Jess pulled me to the side to congratulate me and to also tell me that Karen tried to make a stink about me telling her to go to the back of the line but that Jess told her that its either she does that or she doesn't get the game.

Now for the final time I saw this Karen. A week after launch I see Karen again but this time she barges through the door and starts yelling at me: "How dare you sell my son a game with such vile content as this"

Me confused go :"Huh?"

Karen: "DONT YOU DARE 'HUH' ME. I WILL HAVE YOU SUED FOR EXPOSING MY ANGEL TO THIS FILTH"

I'm getting scared now cause my naïve customer service brain never bumped into this and thought that she could ruin my life. Well Jess comes running out the back door as soon as she hears the yelling

Jess: "What's going on?"

Karen: "YOUR REP SOLD MY SON THIS GOD AWFUL GAME AND HAS EXPOSED HIS INNOCENT EYES TO SUCH HORRORS. I DEMAND THAT YOU FIRE HIM NOW OR I WILL SUE"

Jess: "Ok Karen I need you to calm down, I will not fire him"

Karen: "BUT BUT BUT, HE DID NOT DO HIS JOB"

Jess: "Karen calm down, last chance. Now I remember clearly OP here warned you about the "vile" content on this game and you started claiming that "its just a kids game", he did his job properly. Now if you don't like the game and since its been open I can have you get trade-in credit for this game and have him pick out a more child appropriate game."

Karen fuming now: "NOOOOO I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR THIS TRASH AND I WANT OP........."

Jess interrupting her: "That's it, I want you off the property, you will be banned from our store due to your attitude and mistreatment of the staff here. I am tired of you judging how my reps are trained and operate when you are horrible at raising your 'Precious angel', now leave"

Karen taken back by this comment: "But but bu......"

Jess: "LEAVE NOW OR I WILL CALL THE COPS"

Karen then runs out of the store and speeds off in her car. Jess then takes a few deep breaths and gives me a high five: "WOOOO I've always wanted to do that, don't worry OP you did just fine."

a few weeks later we get a call from HR about a complaint from Karen, Jess then relays the story that went on from our point of view and also named a few other GameShop stores nearby that could also vouch for us due to Karen terrorizing them, as far as I know nothing bad happened to us.
