Guy doesn't care about a neighborhood
Post Body

English is my native language, but I am bad at it. Sorry

This story isn't as extreme as others I have read here, but I'll add my story to the mix

Years and years ago, I worked at a gas station that was right next to a neighborhood. Neighborhood had maybe 20 or so families. It was mid evening, people were having dinner or just enjoying a quiet evening. I was by myself. I was just working, just waiting out the clock.

Then, all of a sudden, a car with music blaring very loudly. So loud that you know this man was go to become deaf before his 30s. He came to the parking lot. Guy gets out without even turning off the car or the music. I thought he was going to be quick and just grabbed whatever he was going to get. Nope

He stumbled into a friend of his, and I swear to God, they talk for a good hour. All the whole his car running and music on full volume, it was drowning out the radio inside the gas station.

I started getting phone calls from the surrounding houses asking what was going on. I even had a woman threaten to call the police.

I wish I had the confidence that I have today. I would have told the guy off. But I didn't. The closest I came to was to tell the guy that people were calling upset about the music, even threatening to call the police. He gave me the most asshole response to that.

"I'll just tear up the fine that I would get."

If I could relive that moment, I would have thrown him out.
