This doesn't really belong here bc it's a more lighthearted post but i couldn't find a better place.

There is a parking lot right below my apartment and i usually go there to smoke.

It was pretty late at night and i was just doing my usual routine, keep in my mind that i live in a pretty rural area : this parking lot is pretty much always empty, it's poorly lit so i always assume that i'm alone. Anyways after 5 mins i noticed that they were 2 people sitting in the car right in front of me, i was pretty surprised so i just smiled and waved, went back to my buisness and did'nt think much of it. After i finished my blunt, i got up and started walking back, as i was walking, dude gets out of the car and comes towards me and tells me that i should've waved at him and not at his gf bc it's a sign of disrespect. I responded that it doesn't matter and that he's trying to create a conflict out of nothing. He starts rambling for 5 mins and i was trying my best to hold back my laughter. I just said good night and went back to my place.

Some people genuinely confuse me what was he trying to acomplish ? Was it a genuine concern and he's insecure/jealous ? Or it was just an excuse to be agressive for no reason ? Who knows honeslty but it was pretty funny/weird interaction.
