I've been started on 9/3/2024 in Tampa with a Mazda CX-30 had no issues great car that started with a week of rental, then kept it going till the 23rd,(Monday), Saturday 9/21/2004 1:am I got out to see a friend turned it the CX off came out to 17 lights on and start button message then changed to parking brake needs immediate service. Call roadside okay sending tow truck and Uber be there in 45 okay fine. I'm next to Bay Shore at the middle of the night pretty chill hour and a half, I call and they said you “canceled me wtf would I canceled I'm like get me a uber and get a truck there 5 tries at 6:25 am tow truck pulls up. Had to drive me to a gas station. Uber needed a new address and waited to get it to come to me. Finally, pull to TPA Tampa International at 815am into a bigger SUV which did not want. Bad service with customer service and the branch GM gonna get it tomorrow

This was the most ridiculous service 8 hours of waiting with being disabled and missing a meeting for a breakfast business deal
