Hi all, hoping someone can help me with this. I'm part of the Emerald Club for work so I have a Member # linked to me and my drivers license. The account name is the company I work for. I'm traveling privately this weekend and want to use Emerald Club. I can't make another profile as my license is already associated with this account but I can't use the business (my company) account to rent privately. I created a reservation and checked to use a different account name and it used my Account # but instead of using my company's account it just says "Emerald Club Member" in the account name slot of the reservation. What's going on here? Is it still using my company's account or is it seperated for this reservation and is just using my Account # without the company account?
