Anyone else experience a bug getting only 5 keys from the rat?

I usually do my rat fights hitless, but I noticed today that I only got 5 keys. I looked up the rules again to make sure and it seems like I am not getting 3 keys from the final knockout like I should be(1 for the first punch, 1 for the first KO, 1 for the second KO, and then 3 for the final KO). I reinstalled and then did another run and only got 5 keys again. Both of these runs were with Gunslinger, which I usually do not use - I have 500 hours and the yellow skin for Tonic; I am doing the rat fight properly. Anybody else have experience with this? It’s very annoying because 5 keys only gets you 4 chests…
