Okay so bare with me, lol, but do yall ever think about certain scenes/plot points in various movies/video games and think to yourself “man, could you imagine if that happened in real life in this political environment? Like movies, I was thinking about the monsterverse and games ironically it was the OG Modern Warfare series (07-2011) . 

Like, “would Reps approve spending to combat Godzilla and Titans. ? Would they see Titans attacking the liberal” and coastal elites as getting rid of the problem?

Or if, somehow, the Russians had the military capability to replicate the invasion of America in MW, were it happening under a Dem president how many Reps, both rank and file, plus politicians and normies would help sabotage the Dems President in trying to fight back. Would there be any patriotic fever? If so how long if at all? Would fellow soldiers have to worry about some of their more conservative allies turn coating? 

Or if this happened under a Republican how long would Americans keep Rs in the White House? 4 terms? Five? 

That shit always in the back of my mind, seeing as how there really is no bottom to Republican depravity and lines they won’t cross
