The link, if you follow it (do not recommend), says flatly:

Trump now leads in Nevada, Colorado, Iowa, Ohio and North Carolina – all states Barack Obama won his first term – according to Real Clear Politics averages.

Keeping in mind the debate was held on the night of the 26th, let's look at the battleground states and the most recent polls RCP has for each:

*Clinton 4

I'm sure there are more recent polls out there, but as far as the ones RCP uses to do their state-by-state averages, there hasn't been a lot of new data. The one place where do have a little data, Clinton seems to have had a little bump. But that's only one state and one poll. I'm sure we'll see more data very soon.

This is from The Washington Times yesterday, a conservative paper:

In head-to-head match-ups, Mrs. Clinton led Mr. Trump by 7 points in Colorado, 6 points in Virginia, 5 points in Pennsylvania, 4 points in North Carolina and 3 points in Florida, according to the surveys from the Democratic-leaning firm Public Policy Polling released Thursday.

On an unrelated note, the photo of Trump in the above Washington Times article is clearly edited which is a huge ethical no-no for newspapers. It's desaturated so that his hair isn't yellow and his skin isn't orange. Look at the red on his tie, as well as the red and blue on the banner behind him.
