There’s not really a flair for this. I know this sub is mainly used for just showing the cultish aspect of Elon Musk, but I have a question here.
Does anyone else (such as companies, scientists, or what not) really care about getting to Mars as quickly as possible like Elon does?
I mean for instance, at least from what I can see, NASA doesn’t seem to care as much. From what I have read their over all goal isn’t really to go to Mars and set up camp, but to sort of set up a gate way to the rest of the solar system.
Like the only real push I have seen for Mars, colonies, and things like that seems to only be coming from him and his followers. Like it’s almost fear mongering with the whole human extinction thing (fear mongering should probably be a flair). I really don’t understand how going to an inhospitable planet is going to save us from our inescapable demise. Don’t even get me started about his whole terraforming plan.
Is there really even a space race going on? I don’t know maybe I’m wrong. I just figured I ask.
