Trouble expressing feelings..
Post Body

Hey guys I recently discovered I am a 5 and am trying to understand myself more. So my question is, is it normal to have a hard time expressing your feelings even to the point of just saying “I love you” to your spouse or family. When my significant other says I love you I always say it back because I don’t want to be rude but there’s something in me that hesitates. It’s not because I don’t love her, I most definitely do love her but it just actually takes some sort of weird effort for me to say it and I don’t get why. Even with family members ever since being a young boy saying I love you, or I miss you has always felt like I’m just saying it and block my self from feeling the emotion while I’m actually saying it. Sorry if this makes no sense but I’m wondering if this is normal for a 5? Thank you.
