Get rid of "Found the Internet" green bar?

I happen to frequent a location where - due to circumstances out of my control - my laptop happens to jump back and forth between two Wifi access points. This leads to extremely short interruptions in the network connection that trigger the green message bar "Found the Internet" about once every 2-3 seconds. Which is extremely annoying.

Is there a way to remove the periodic notification "Found the Internet" in the enhancement suite?

This is on RES v5.22.5, Chromium browser v 96.0.4664.45, on Ubuntu 21.10, with all patches applied...
