[bug] Toggle Userbar button: user bar appears 2px larger after use

I went ahead and did some screen shots to show what I'm talking about. so I load up a page, and it looks normal, like it should: link
click it, and it hides/collapses as it should, still good: link
but when I click it again, the userbar comes back with what appears to be an extra 2px of padding hanging down: link
I know its not a big deal, but I just wanna point this out, its kinda throwing me for a loop. I first noticed it while I was trying to style the new RES bits for my subreddit, but its not just my subreddit that is affected. I've been able to repeat it across all of reddit. Also Thanks for RES, it makes reddit 1000000% better!
