[feature request] pixiv.net, NicoNicoDouga, and Danbooru based image board media expandos

This is largely for the Japanese users or browsers of Japanese media related subreddits, but a common media source on said subreddits is from pixiv (image sharing site), NicoNicoDouga (video sharing site), and Danbooru based image boards. It would be nice to have media expandos based on them.

While the first two may run into issues with authentication as outlined by the inline image/media viewer guidelines, the latter image board based sites should support CORS.

I would add it in myself in a pull request, but I'm currently legally unable to contribute as of now due to job restrictions.
