[feature request] Improve the "VideoTime" option to include the skip-to time on YouTube

YouTube allows users to add a time to the url, creating a link that starts a video at a specific time. Currently, if you have the "VideoTime" option checked, you get a video time at the end. I think it would look fine if that timestamp was expanded a bit to include this.
Example:
Link to video [2:36 / 5:30]
Since this info is in the URL, I don't imagine it'd be super tough to add.
