Where does RES for Opera Next store user tag and upvote information?

I want to manually edit user tags without using the console but I'm having a bit of trouble. I've looked around appdata a fair bit in the Opera folders and I can't seem to find any relevant files. I'm running Windows 7 and the most recent version of Opera Next.
