"why are y'all paying me no mind?"
I have never heard this here in Michigan, or on any of my travels. It's not impossible that some groups use this, but it will be rare in most places.
why are y'all paying me no mind?
The are is completely unnecessary to the question because it's informal. "Paying no mind" is an idiom that has fallen out of use we still understand it, but seldom use it. It's now used to give flair to a statement or situation.
"Why y'all paying me no mind?" If you're not sure why you're being ignored, but most places would ask "why y'all ignoring me?"
If you are inquiring if they are ignoring you "y'all ignoring me?" Is sufficient and I've heard this a few times. Could be followed up by a second question. "Why?"
