Hi everybody,

I had a first round interview about three weeks ago and haven't received a response. Am I being ghosted?

Context: The company is a large multinational engineering company that was just bought out/merged with another corporation.

When I had the interview, there were more than three people interviewing me simultaneously. To add, I thought everything went well. Everybody connected on a level; there were jokes sprinkled throughout the interview. I answered every question in the format they requested (STAR) method.

The recruiter gave me their personal number and email but has not responded to my follow-up email.

Am I being ghosted, or do these things take time?
