Has anyone had any specific experience with the Stellantis (FCA) interview process, particularly the phone interview? Also, any harm in accepting a job offer and backing out to pursue another offer?

Post Body

Basically title. I graduated this past December with my B.S in Mechanical engineering and the job search has been surprisingly good for me. I received fulltime offers from Nissan and Continental. I decided to accept the Nissan position, but literally the day after, I got an email saying that Stellantis wants a phone interview with me.

I'm pretty sure I got the phone interview because of an internal reference but looking at the job description, I am underqualified in a few areas. Is this an area the recruiter will try to pick my brain?

I have been working on reviewing my answers to commonly asked questions and "reframing" my internship experiences to match those that the job description has. Anyone have any insight as to whether the phone interview (20 mins) will be mostly behavioral, some technical, situational? Any advice is appreciated!

In the back of my head, I'm getting slightly cocky as I'm 2 for 2 in fulltime interviews, but I'm really nervous about this Stellantis one because this has been my dream since forever and I really want to make a good impression over the phone. Any advice on how to put myself over the top would make my day.

This sub has helped me so much through undergrad and I wanted to thank each and everyone of you to make it so entertaining and full of knowledge! Cheers to everyone's success!!
