Does anyone else feel like their lives will be over if they don't get a return offer on their internships and are unable to enjoy as a result?

The fear of not getting a return offer is eating away at me. The stress is soo much that I honestly can't enjoy my work or this experience. Does anyone else feel this way? I just feel scared that I am never going to get any other offers and this is the end all for me. Another thing is, I don't want any other company. I REALLY REALLY want to work here. Anywhere else I will be disappointed. The stress of this is just making me go crazyyyy!!! PLEASE HELP😭😭😭
