How to write a recommendation letter for myself?

Hi all,
A professor will sign a recommendation letter for me if I write it. However, I am not sure what an adequate or proper recommendation would look like.
Does anybody have recommendations on how to write it or skeleton that has worked for them.
This issue is, I do not want to sound full of myself or just weird about it.
