Silly question but... how do I quit an internship?

Title. I'm too overwhelmed with school (18 credits) and FSAE (team captain). I'm not happy at my job and I keep missing because of aforementioned responsibilities. You'd think I'd have this shit figured out by now (I'm literally 13 credits from graduating) but apparently not. I'm really frustrated.

Do I talk to HR? My boss? I honestly don't even know who my boss is. This place is a revolving door and now I see why. I don't have another job lined up yet but I need to focus on what is more important at this point. What do I tell them?
