Looking for feedback on my new resume

Hi all, I just revamped my resume as I am attending a career fair this month. I'm hoping to get some feedback on it:

This is a first draft, so please excuse any typos or weird wording. Tell me about them, but don't be like "yo op you dumb".
Regarding projects: do I list every FSAE project separately? Should I split it by competition year?
I plan to add the design project for my measurements course this semester as well as senior design when I take it this fall.
How many previous jobs should I list?
