I was requested to do an interview with Volvo for a suspension engineer co-op position. The interview was done online, and I recorded my responses for the interviewer instead of a live one.

This was due at 23:59 on January 19th, so last Monday. Last weekend I went down to VA Tech to spend time with my SO and got back at 10pm on Monday (first mistake - don't leave it til the last minute!!). I figure that I have plenty of time to record these questions. I get dressed, set up my desk for an interview, and log in. The interview is expired. WHAT????

Turns out, the due date was January 19th, 2015 at 23:59 GMT. Not EST. So 4 hours prior.
Check your fucking interview time so you can actually get a co-op position this summer and not have to get a grader position and lifeguard because you're an idiot and ignore time zones. Fuck.
